SFL (Simple, Fresh, Luscious)
Salad Dressing
Serves 4
1/2 clove fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup Tutta California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Tutta California Cabernet Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Squeeze the garlic through a press and place it in the bottom of a glass bowl. Add the mustard, and blend with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend vigorously with a wire whisk. Check for taste and adjustment. Whisk again, then pour on salad just before serving. Luscious!
