SFL (Simple, Fresh, Luscious)
"Ham & Cheese"
Serves 6 – 8
1 baguette fresh bakery bread (French, Sourdough or Ciabatta)
1/4 cup Tutta California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ pound Serrano ham (or Parma or top-quality prosciutto)
6 oz Manchego cheese
Warm the bread, uncovered, in the oven for 10 minutes at 250°.
Slice into appetizer-sized pieces; drizzle Tutta California Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top of each piece. Place a bit of the Serrano ham to cover the top of the bread, then put a slice of the Manchego cheese on top. Mmmm...
